All Caravanseray Vienna sales are final. The bookings are non-refundable and the singular workshops from the packages are non-transferrable. If you are unable to attend Caravanseray Vienna, you are welcome to resell anything you have purchased. If you decide to sell your workshop booking to another person, you can only do so as the whole package that you have booked. To change the booking you will be charged a 10€ administrative fee. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled by Nakari Dance Company.
In the case of teacher cancellations or delays for reasons beyond our control we will find a suitable replacement with the same experience level as the teacher. If you prefer, we will offer you a transfer to a different workshop that still has places available. We will not offer refunds in the event of teacher cancellation, unless we are unable to find a suitable replacement and we have to cancel the workshop.
Nakari Dance Company and all guest teachers of Caravanseray Vienna are not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred during workshop time. If you have a pre-existing medical condition please discuss your intention to join a belly dance workshop with your doctor or specialist before attending a workshop. You are reminded that you attend at your own risk.
No insurance is offered for student property that is lost, stolen or damaged. All items, including electronics, are brought to the studio at the owner’s risk. Damages to the studio grounds are paid by the party causing the damage.
Should you show any symptoms of illness with a risk of transmission, you’re obliged to switch to the online participation in order to not risk contagion.
By paying the workshop fee the students agree with the above Terms and Conditions of Caravanseray Vienna / Nakari Dance Company.
